Formerly The Cromwell, reborn May 2026 as Lisa Vanderpump's redesigned boutique, dead-center on the Strip.
"Lisa Vanderpump's redesigned boutique (formerly The Cromwell), the photogenic small-property bachelorette base dead-center on the Strip."
Why this rank: The Vanderpump Hotel reopened in May 2026 as Lisa Vanderpump's redesign of the former Cromwell, on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, dead-center on the Strip and across from Caesars Palace. It stays the smallest property on the central Strip, 188 rooms and suites, now reworked by Vanderpump and Nick Alain in a moody industrial-romantic palette of moss green, dusty lilac, velvet and mirrored surfaces. Giada by Giada De Laurentiis anchors the dining, the underground Drai's After Hours still runs late, and Soleia, the 65,000-square-foot rooftop pool eleven storeys up, takes bachelorette and group buyouts. The central position puts the group five minutes from Caesars, eight from Bellagio and a short walk from the rest of the Strip. Best for a design-led, photogenic bachelorette base; groups chasing a big on-site day-club should note the old Drai's Beachclub is gone.
Best room: A Vanderpump-designed signature suite, Strip view
"Lisa Vanderpump's redesigned boutique (formerly The Cromwell), with the Soleia rooftop pool, dead-center on the Strip."
The Vanderpump Hotel reopened in May 2026 as Lisa Vanderpump's full redesign of the former Cromwell, still the smallest count of any major Strip casino-hotel at 188 rooms, on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road directly opposite Caesars Palace. The draw now is the look: the 188 rooms and 21 signature suites, designed by Vanderpump and Nick Alain, trade neon maximalism for moss green, dusty lilac, velvet headboards and mirrored surfaces, with lighting tuned, in her words, to make you look good, which is catnip for a group that will photograph everything. Soleia, the 65,000-square-foot rooftop pool and event space eleven storeys up, is already taking bachelorette and group buyouts, and the underground Drai's After Hours still runs late for the all-night crowd. Giada by Giada De Laurentiis handles dinner. Honest con: the property reopened in phases, so the bespoke Vanderpump cocktail lounge may not be running yet, and the old Drai's Beachclub day-party is gone, the hotel now reads calmer and more design-led than party-megaclub, so groups who want a full on-site dayclub should look elsewhere.
A Vanderpump-designed signature suite (one of 21, from around $850 a night) for the photo-ready Strip view, or a redesigned king for the entry point.
Ask about a Soleia cabana or buyout for the daytime, book Giada for the group dinner, and keep Drai's After Hours in your back pocket for the late night. Pinky's by Vanderpump at the neighbouring Flamingo is an easy walk for cocktails if Soleia is booked out.
The Vanderpump Hotel sits within our broader Top 20 Bachelor and Bachelorette Hotels 2026 list. It scored an aggregate 9.4/10 across the three editorial criteria, competitive against the field but, on the bachelor-and-bachelorette factors, the design-and-central-location angle above is what earned its rank. For the alternatives, see the related lists below.
With dates settled, the booking window that works is about twelve weeks ahead. Suites with the prime view angle sell through first; for peak months, availability is measured in months rather than weeks. It is the terrace and plunge-pool suites, the rooms this rank rests on, that book up soonest.
Editorial · #12 on the Top 20 Bachelor and Bachelorette Hotels 2026 list
The Vanderpump Hotel's case for the bachelorette weekend is design plus position. Lisa Vanderpump's May 2026 redesign of the former Cromwell leans into moss-green walls, dusty lilac, velvet and mirrored surfaces, with lighting tuned to flatter, the sort of room a group photographs all weekend.
At 188 rooms and 21 signature suites, it is the smallest property on the central Strip, so a group is not lost in a 3,000-room casino tower and the staff learns names fast. The signature suites, designed by Vanderpump and Nick Alain, run from around $850 a night.
Soleia, the 65,000-square-foot rooftop pool and event space eleven storeys up, is already taking bachelorette and group buyouts; the underground Drai's After Hours still runs late; and Giada by Giada De Laurentiis handles the group dinner. The dead-center location, across from Caesars Palace and five to ten minutes from Bellagio and the rest of the Strip, lets the weekend spill across multiple properties, with Pinky's by Vanderpump next door at the Flamingo for cocktails. Note that the old Drai's Beachclub and Nightclub closed in the rebrand, so this now reads as a calmer, design-led base rather than an on-site party machine.
