The differentiator against newer Bugis stock is the heritage character. Because the property is being renovated in phases through 2026, it is worth asking at booking which floors and room types have already been updated, so you land in a completed room rather than one still awaiting its turn. Request a high floor away from the Middle Road frontage if street noise matters to you.

With dates settled, book roughly twelve weeks ahead. Refreshed heritage rooms are the first to go, and during the transformation the pool of already-updated rooms is smaller than the full inventory, so early booking is doubly worth it here.
